Account Deletion

Account deletion is currently handled by support, not an automatic in-app deletion button. Email support@zoenationuniverse.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject “Zoe Task account deletion”. Ask to delete your account and eligible personal data.

Opening the email link or visiting this page does not delete your account. Support must verify your identity and confirm the request before processing it. Never send your password.

1. Export tasks, projects and goals you need from Settings → Data export. This is a workspace export, not a complete copy of every account record.
2. Manage connected assistants in Settings → AI Integrations and disconnect app access you no longer want.
3. If you own a shared workspace, explain whether it should remain available to other members and discuss ownership with support.

The request covers your sign-in account, profile, saved Zoe chat and other eligible personal information. Shared workspace content, records needed for security or legal obligations, and provider backups may require separate handling. Support will explain the scope and any retention before confirming completion; there is no fixed processing timeframe published here.

Account deletion is not merely signing out or deactivating an account. Information already shared with independent AI providers is subject to their deletion procedures. Contact those providers separately if necessary.
