Privacy Policy

How Zoe Nation handles information when you use Zoe Task App.

Effective date: October 11, 2026 · Operated by Zoe Nation

Who we are

Zoe Task App is a task, project and goal management service operated by Zoe Nation at https://www.zoetask.app. For questions about your information, contact support@zoenationuniverse.com.

Information we collect

Registration and sign-in use your email address and authentication information. If you choose Google sign-in, Google supplies information needed to authenticate your account. Your profile stores your display name, appearance and accent preferences.

We store the content you add: tasks, descriptions, due dates, priorities, reminders, projects, goals, comments, workspaces, memberships and invitations. We also store notifications and activity records, AI connection permissions, approval requests, assistant usage/audit records and your saved Zoe chat messages.

Do not include passwords, financial account details or other sensitive information in tasks or chat messages.

Why we use information

Information is used to sign you in, save and display your work, enforce workspace permissions, support collaboration, provide reminders and notifications, answer your questions and protect the service. Technical diagnostics help investigate errors and maintain reliability.

Storage, browser data and service providers

Account and workspace information is stored in Lovable Cloud. Your browser keeps sign-in session information and may temporarily remember your return destination during sign-in. The installable app can cache its app shell; this is not an offline backup of your workspace.

Lovable services provide hosting, Cloud storage, diagnostics and AI processing. Using Zoe sends your messages and relevant account/workspace context to the AI service through Lovable’s AI gateway. Google receives requests when you use Google sign-in or when the site loads Google Fonts. These providers have their own privacy terms.

Technical requests can include IP address, browser/device information and error details. We have not identified advertising trackers in the application code; hosting and external service providers may process their own technical logs. This statement is not a guarantee that external providers collect no information.

Zoe and connected AI assistants

Zoe uses information from your account and workspaces, subject to your role. Your ongoing chat is saved to your account and can be cleared using the chat’s clear-history control.

Connecting an external AI assistant through MCP authorizes access to permitted app tools and information. Workspace roles and your read/write/request settings limit available actions; certain significant actions require approval in the app. Information shared with an external assistant is also subject to that provider’s policies.

You can manage permissions and disconnect app access in Settings → AI Integrations. Disconnecting here does not erase information already received by an external provider.

Sharing and workspace access

Workspace information is accessible to members according to their role. Authorized assistants can receive information through the tools you allow. We use service providers to operate the app and may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect rights and security. Do not place information in a shared workspace that you do not want its permitted members to access.

Security and retention

Sign-in and database access rules restrict access to account and workspace information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information remains available while needed to provide your account and service, unless removed through supported controls or a verified request.

There is no published fixed retention period for all logs or provider backups. When processing a deletion request, we will explain any information that cannot immediately be removed, including shared records and applicable legal or security needs. We do not promise immediate removal from every backup or external provider.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information. Settings lets you change your display name and export tasks, projects and goals in the current workspace; that export does not contain every account record. Email us for a wider access request, corrections you cannot make yourself or other privacy requests. We may verify your identity before acting.

Children and policy updates

The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. Local age requirements may also apply.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Contact us if you need clarification about a change.
