Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Zoe Task App, operated by Zoe Nation. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Use it only where you are legally permitted to do so.

Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the content you add, the people you invite and permissions you authorize. Tell support if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You permit us and our service providers to store and process that content as needed to operate the features you use. Do not upload content you lack permission to use. App branding, software and other service materials remain the property of their respective owners; these terms do not transfer ownership of them.

Do not access another person’s information without permission, bypass role controls, distribute malware, harass others, submit unlawful content, misuse invitations or automated tools, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access to address misuse or security risks.

Zoe’s answers may be incorrect or incomplete. Review important information yourself. Authorizing an external assistant can allow it to read or change data within the permissions you grant. Review approval requests before approving them. External providers, sign-in services and linked websites apply their own terms; we do not control their independent services.

Features may change or be interrupted. Reminders currently depend on the app being open; background email and push delivery are not configured. Do not rely on this app as the sole reminder for critical deadlines. Export important workspace records as appropriate. Offline edits and guaranteed uninterrupted access are not offered.

The current service is free. These terms do not enroll you in a subscription or authorize a charge.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without a guarantee that it meets every purpose, produces accurate AI answers or operates without interruption. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

You can stop using the service at any time. To request removal of your account and eligible personal data, visit the Account Deletion page. These terms may be updated; the effective date identifies the current version. Contact support for questions or disputes.
